Cameroon - Honor and Loyalty : Separatism in Cameroon: the martyrdom of the obscurantists
Towards the end of 2016, almost seven years ago, when a socio-professional group was noisily but peacefully making its legitimate claims in the public arena, the planets seemed to align for the troublemakers who, long before, had been preparing in the shadows the weapons for the destruction of our Nation and the destruction of our country.
The separatist project, which was presented in an allegedly favourable light, and which was supported by a harmful discourse, managed to seduce some of our compatriots, who hoped to exorcise the roots of what they believed to be their discontent. This was the case until the moment when our converts to the new emancipationist doctrine realised their error, with regard to the martyrdom that the new converts to the deceptive religion made them suffer.
Instead of the promised freedom and prosperity, moral indoctrination, intellectual nihilism, the denial of private property and the prohibition of movement were imposed, all accompanied by unspeakable atrocities, which indiscriminately and ruthlessly victimised men and women, the elderly and infants alike.
Throughout this period, the authorities used every means at their disposal to ensure the security of the people, preserve the integrity of the national territory and neutralise the agents of chaos. It was a daunting task, but it was carried out methodically, with insight, determination and respect for human rights.
Thanks to the rise in popular legitimacy, which was fiercely contested, the security battle was won in the aftermath, with no place to retreat and no time to rest for the invaders. However, the State of Cameroon waged a diplomatic battle to completely discredit the secessionist movement, whose true narco-predatory motives and cruel actions were revealed.
The fourth phase of this struggle is currently taking place in the competent local and foreign courts, where the sponsors and perpetrators of terrorist violence are being held accountable for their crimes.
But instead of taking pride in the success of its process of returning to peace, Cameroon intends to rest only with the return of all her children who have temporarily gone astray, even if they have not repented of their betrayal of the fatherland. It is for them that the numerous initiatives and provisions aimed at the social and professional reintegration of former arms bearers who have regained their senses are intended. This is an unprecedented opportunity to obtain the forgiveness of one’s sins while avoiding the evils of boredom, vice and need. /-
